FORCE Technology achieves status of international training body for certificated auditors

The International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) has approved FORCE Technology as training body, and as a result FORCE Technology is now able to have its courses approved by the IRCA, which is a widely recognised stamp of quality throughout the world.

Approval has been obtained by virtue of FORCE Technology’s high training standards, which provide the teaching results required by the IRCA.

At present, FORCE Technology offers two IRCA-approved courses:

• Lead Auditor course – Occupational Health and Safety (MIL.21) and
• Lead Auditor course - ISO 9000:2000 series (Q.83)

Participants of IRCA courses will not encounter traditional teaching methods. Instead they will be subject to accelerated learning, which is based on the principle that we human beings better store information in our brains when we use all our senses. In other words, once we have heard it, said it, seen it and done it - we know how to do it! Thus the learning process encountered at courses involves participants closely in training activities, using role play, case studies, audit interviews, group work etc.

A pivotal part of IRCA-approved courses is the formal evaluation of course participants and a final examination, which tests performance against the course’s learning goals. A pass is rewarded with a personal IRCA course certificate and is one of the requirements which must be met if one wishes to be registered as a Lead Auditor/Auditor in the IRCA’s register of auditors.
