Acquisition of companies in Norway

In September 2007 FORCE Technology Norway AS acquired 100% of the shares in the following companies:

• EUROCERT Kurssenter AS
• EUROCERT Certifisering AS
• IQI Consulting AS.

The companies employ a total of 23 people.

The areas of activities cover NDT education and training, certification of personnel and consulting within technical inspection.

The acquisition is a logical consequence of FORCE Technology’s acquisition of CorrOcean’s ASA AIS Division in the middle of 2003. Our vision then as well as now, is that FORCE Technology Norway will grow to become an important player in the Norwegian market. By using their own technological competences combined with the rest of the organisation’s knowledge, FORCE Technology Norway will be able to offer the total range of services to their Norwegian customers. With the acquisition of these three companies, FORCE Technology will become extremely visible in the Southern part of Norway.
