Specifications must be up to date
It is crucial for the quality of ready-to-use plants that e.g. pipe materials are specified in compliance with relevant and up-to-date specifications and standards. The specifications must include both steel type and dimensions, surface condition and packaging material description. FORCE Technology is an expert within these areas and assists, moreover, in making demands on the handling and storage of raw materials and semi-manufactured products.
The manufacturing of products must be specified in compliance with current welding standards – from overall quality assurance and welder qualifications to qualification of welding procedures, the actual design and inspection of the end product.
In addition to specifiable requirements via DS/EN and ISO standards, for instance, there will often be a need for formulation of specific supplementary requirements as regards interior surface finish, including the degree of acceptable discoloration from welding.
