We thoroughly go through your construction in order to optimise the choice of process. This part of the task is often carried out in close collaboration with you.

The running in of the actual component or one of you specified solution on our machines often imply development of holding tools and special solutions. After that we start a zero-production and finally we go through the whole component to be sure, that you accept or it might use some adjustment.

The first part of the project can take place at our workshop where we will be able to produce a certain number before the actual production is implemented into your own facilities.
