FORCE Technology offers accredited process measurements at industrial plants, including measurements of speed, temperature, gas composition and particle concentration and composition.
We normally measure selected cross sections with special process parameter requirements, e.g. in the secondary combustion zone in waste incineration plants, where min. retention time is 2 seconds at 850ºC.
In-situ special measurements are often made in conjunction with CFD modelling where we obtain a very detailed and reliable picture of the actual operating environment.
We make use of our in-depth knowledge of a wide range of industrial processes in connection with consulting, planning and measurements. Mapping of operating parameters such as speed, NOx and O2 can be very valuable when the aim is to obtain optimal results from your process plant, and it has the following additional benefits:
