PolyScan

PolyScan is a new and advanced online inspection system for direct measuring of a cellular rubber production. Online measuring of density and height of the entire foam block is now possible, which can cut costs in the daily production. The system may be extended to include direct regulation of the line.

TwinEye-MXS

TwinEye-MXS is developed to production lines for pre-insulated piping systems and pipes/tubes made of several layers of various materials. TwinEye-MXS makes it possible to online measure foam densities, internal and external diameters, the location of the alarm thread and much more. All in all a 100% detection of the core production parameters on each pipe.

X-FORCE-Scan

X-FORCE-Scan is specifically developed to production lines in which the products are conveyed on a belt or the like. X-FORCE-Scan detects foreign bodies online and measures the weight of the examined material concurrently. It is possible to measure all three dimensions – height, length and width of the examined material. The scanner is particularly used within the insulation, baking (including bake-off) and laundry industries and for the production of sweets etc.
