Load measurements

We provide online surveillance/monitoring of statistical loads in the nacelles – e.g. in gear boxes, with strain gauge.

Gear- and bearing inspections

We carry out condition assessments on gearboxes and bearings by use of endoscopy equipment and oil and vibration analyses.

Pressure bearing equipment

As a certified body FORCE Certification A/S carry out conformity assessments (CE-marking) at newly produced pressure bearing equipment and units for marketing within Europe. In Denmark and Sweden we perform the statutory inspection tasks in connection with application, such as erection/mounting inspection and periodic inspections of equipment in control/inspection classifications A and B.

Infrared inspection (thermography)

Infrared video cameras are used to study local structures of heat in components such as e.g. blades, electric components, cable sockets, panels and panel connectors, breakers, contact surfaces and tower cable connectors/joints. It provides us with an overview of loaded components if any, and it may prevent potential breakdowns.
