DeNOx –SNCR

  • CFD-modeling for prediction of flow field, design of guide vanes and static mixers, mixing of ammonia and urea as well as determination of pressure loss.
  • Optimization of flow field at ammonia and urea injection and catalyst plane, documentation of mixing, dust fall-out as well as determination of pressure loss. All based on physical scale modeling.


DeSOx – FGD

  • Prediction of flow fields in spray dryer absorbers, droplet flow and evaporation using CFD.
  • Prediction and optimization of flow in complete FGD system.
  • Sulphur acid condenser design studies using experiments and CFD. Studies involving prediction of flow and pressure field prediction along with prediction of heat transfer.
